Deliveries are normally dispatched within 1-3 days (UK), depending on your method of payment. We undertake to inform you should there be any delay in dispatching your order. Returns postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Stock Levels are revised frequently. We try and to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible. However, in the unfortunate situation where your item(s) happen to be out stock we will contact you by telephone or email to inform you of any delay. In the unlikely situation that your item(s) are completely unavailable we will contact you to offer an alternative product. You will be entitled to a full refund if the delay or alternative are unacceptable.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally however, we know that you may want to return items. Our easy returns policy applies to all our products except for made to order items.
Once dispatched to you, we accept the return of items only if they are unworn and are in their original and resaleable condition i.e. clean, intact, with hangers and all tags still attached by their original means, and in the original packaging in which it was sent. Garments that have deodorant stains or odour’s will not be accepted for return.
Your right to cancel an order starts when you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days runs from when you get the last item of the order.
If you wish to cancel your order you must return the items back to us within 14 days of the cancellation. We regret that items received after this time or without a valid returns number will be refused and sent back to you.
You are responsible for the safe return of products to us, including the cost of doing so. It is recommended that you insure your return parcel in case of loss or damage.

We always aim to complete all refunds as quickly as possible however please allow a maximum of 30 working days for your refund to be completed from the date of return, to allow for the item to arrive back to us by post, to be inspected fully to ensure the item fits the returns criteria and is eligible for refund and to be authorized by a managerial member of staff. Please note that when returning an item for exchange or refund (unless the item is faulty) you will be responsible for the cost of postage of the item(s) back to us and, in the case of exchanges, payment of a standard delivery charge of £6.95 will be required to send you your replacement item(s)
If you wish to exchange your item for another item or size, then please request this at the time you request your returns number. We will then dispatch your replacement once your returns have been received.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
