The House Doctor Spacial Service

A member of the design team visits the property and is shown round by the owner and during this first consultation will assess every room in the house.
Room by room we note down all the aspects that would benefit from being added, moved changed, replaced, packed away or disposed of altogether. This process takes between 1-2 hours and involves some discussion of ideas and establishing an indication of a possible budget that may be available for improvements.

A House Doctor Spacial Report from this initial consultation is then prepared and presented to the owner with suggestions on what needs to done and the priorities with the minimum of capital expenditure.
